Sharon Morrow provides coaching, hypnotherapy, wellbeing programmes, corporate wellbeing workshops, fitness coaching, online courses, digital products, retreats and related educational services.

My services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or over unless otherwise agreed.

Descriptions of services are provided on my website and may change from time to time.

5. Booking and Payment

Payment is required before services are delivered unless otherwise agreed. Payment plans may be offered on selected programmes. Failure to make agreed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services. Prices may change without notice but changes will not affect confirmed bookings already paid for.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

One-to-One Sessions

Appointments cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice may be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will normally result in the session being forfeited.

Workshops and Events

Tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Sharon Morrow. Where possible, bookings may be transferred to another event at my discretion.

Retreats

Retreat deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. The remaining balance must be paid by the published payment date. Cancellation terms for retreats will be provided at the time of booking.

7. Digital Products

Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, online courses, audio files, workbooks and other digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by UK consumer law.

8. Coaching and Hypnotherapy Disclaimer

Coaching and hypnotherapy are collaborative processes. Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. My services are intended to support personal development and wellbeing but are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment.

You should always seek advice from your GP or other qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition. If you are receiving treatment from another healthcare provider, you remain responsible for informing them of any coaching or hypnotherapy you undertake.

9. Fitness Disclaimer

If participating in any exercise programme, you confirm that you are medically fit to do so. You agree to inform me of any injuries, medical conditions or changes in your health. Participation is entirely at your own risk.

10. Corporate Services

Corporate workshops and wellbeing services are educational in nature. They are not intended to diagnose or treat mental or physical health conditions. Employers remain responsible for their own duty of care and safeguarding obligations.

11. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information.

Participate honestly.

Take responsibility for your own decisions.

Complete any agreed activities or exercises.

Inform me of relevant health changes.

Your progress depends largely on your own commitment and implementation.
